How I Work

I am an integrative counsellor, drawing from person‑centred, CBT techniques and psychodynamic approaches to shape a flexible, responsive therapeutic process that brings in what’s needed, when it’s needed, to support meaningful change.

This means I tailor our work to your needs, combining empathy, practical tools and deeper insight to support meaningful change, emotional understanding and a grounded sense of self at a pace that feels right for you.

I provide a welcoming and safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I believe that therapy should be as unique as you are.
